WE LOVE MOTHER’S DAY!!!
This day on the farm is so special. Our guests are often Mother/Daughter teams, or friends who shared their Mothers with each other, or those wanting to slip away and remember their mom and grandmother. We all share the love of motherhood in some way, and real hands on flowers bring the best of those memories and values forward.
We will have the most special garden flowers of the year for you to enjoy for this beautiful, heartfelt holiday. The roses will provide fragrant loveliness, as will the beginning of our special summer blooms. Sunflowers and garden roses together are amazing in a way that you can only appreciate when you combine them in your hand. Add in a few textural garden zinnia and the combination goes beyond. These flowers awaken thoughts of summer relaxing on the porch and brunch with those you love. Let us take you there with a Mother’s Day Floral Design Workshop in the flower barn.
Join us for a coveted floral design and luncheon workshop, embedded with seasonal embellishments in the flower barn, to create a floral accent for your special Mother’s Day weekend.
As always, a special day on the farm includes morning refreshments and welcome, a tour of our growing area, a design demonstration and your own creative time in the flower barn with our flower credenza. You will create your arrangement in a special vase for you to take home, and we’ll be in the barn to help you every step of the way.
Last and not least, we’ll gather on the back porch of the farmhouse for a lovely sit-down long table luncheon, prepared farm to table on the farm for you.
